2. Premiere Catering purchases organic and locally grown food directly from local farmers and designs menus based on the seasons' local bounty.

 

3. Demand is increasing for natural and hormone free meats; organic vegetables, flours, and sugar; free-range eggs, and a host of "Fair Trade Certified" and green products.

 

4. Every party where Premiere Catering provides real plates, cutlery, and glassware, this significantly reduces the amount of waste headed for a landfill.

 

5. When an event calls for disposable items, Premiere Catering can provide fully biodegradable or compostable paper goods.

 

6. We request that our distributors buy from local producers and from socially and environmentally responsible producers. We select products and services meeting standards that are as "green" as possible.
