We created this Sampler Menu as a guide for you to help you with your menu choices for your wedding reception, company event or private party. If for some reason you don’t see the exact choices you want, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Many of these items can be made Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free.

Bar Packages

Oregon Package

To assist you with your beverage needs we are offering a per guest price for your hosted beverages. Our offerings include our Premium Wine Package an Oregon Pinot Noir, for the Red an Oregon Pinot Gris for the White. Northwest Micro Brews Selection of a Widmer Hefeweizen, Full Sail IPA & Coors Lite. 

You are welcome to supply other selections, not in our inventory, as an addition to what we are offering.

$13.95 per guest 

Oregon Package Upgrade

To assist you with your beverage needs we are offering a per guest price for your hosted beverages. Our offerings include our Well Cocktails (Vodka, Rum and Whiskey), Premium Wine Package an Oregon Pinot Noir for the Red an Oregon Pinot Gris for the White. Northwest Micro Brews Selection of a Widmer Hefeweizen, Full Sail IPA & Coors Lite.

You are welcome to supply other selections, not in our inventory, as an addition to what we are offering.

General Fees

Labor

Our staff is professionally trained. They will see to every detail so you can
relax and enjoy your event. 

 

General labor fees are as follows

 Uniformed service staff is charged at $225 per server, per event 

 Chef’s helper may be needed. based upon your menu and/or guest count at $225 per day

 Oregon Liquors Control Commission (O.L.C.C.) certified bartenders can be supplied at

the rate of $250 per bartender

 

Rental

Rentals will be determined on specific needs for your event. The three main options included in this packet currently include all rental needs for a standard reception. 

 

Beverages

Oregon Law requires that a licensed organization serve alcohol with substantial food.
In our pricing, we offer a large selection of Oregon and Washington wines, domestic & craft brews. We charge a Bar Management Fee of $ 4.95 per person.  Our Bar Management Fee includes the use of Our Liquor License, Liability Insurance, additional Glassware, 
Ice & Proper Garnish

 Full liquor service is available 

Full liquor Sales less than $350 will have the difference billed to the host.

 

Cancellation

If for any reason your date is cancelled, Premiere Catering will refund all monies received in excess of the 50% of the Estimated Balance. Cancellation’s ninety days or less from the date of your event 100% of the monies received will be withheld to cover the expense of consultations, preparations of proposals, lost booking

& related expenses.

 

Leftover Food

Premiere Catering will provide packaging for leftovers on the Buffet Table. Buffet foods 

can deteriorate quickly at room temperature and pose a potential health

 risk to you & your guests. 

*Consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, sea-food, shellfish or eggs may

increase your risk of food borne illness. Steaks are cooked medium.
